Meeting with Arch. Joy Alarcon
DESIGN OF UAP- MARVALLEY MARKER
Submitted the following documents to Arch. Joy Alarcon (City Planner’s office):
- 2 sets of blueprints of the marker
- 2 photo pictures in size 3R
- 1 colored perspective in long bond paper of the proposed marker
Discussion about the marker:
Arch. Joel talked about the revised design, its new area coverage, the heights, massiveness and strength of the Marker to withstand flood. Arch. Roger hands on the blueprints for the details and method of construction for the project and Arch. Jun follows up the discussion about the old design.
Arch. Joy agrees and initially approved the size of the new marker design. And believes that a larger space is needed for enough clearance from the streets and setbacks for landscaping.
Arch. Rodel request for uniformed personnel from the city government to accompanied us and determined the final points or borders of the said marker prior to construction. Arch. Armin and Arch. Allan asked for tapping points for our marker’s lighting fixtures.
Arch. Allan also reminds us to report it to the National UAP’s office that we will be launching the first “UAP chapter’s Marker”.
Arch. Joy also states that all the matter regarding the final location /lot area, the electrical supply and the personnel assistant will be endorsed from the River banks “Parks Development Office” (P.D.O.) and the submitted drawings will be presented to Mayor Del De Guzman for final approval.
Regarding the Memorandum of Agreement (M.O.A.)
Arch. Jun states that the MOA was only intended for the old design and location provided to us by the city government. Since the marker has its new location, new design is now being proposed. MarValley is requesting for an additional lot area for the revised design.
Some of the items stated on the MOA which needs to be revised are the following: 10sqm up to 4x10m which ever lot area approved. The names on the signatory, dates and additional notes from the Parks and Development Office.
Revision of the MOA is to be submitted by the Marvalley group for final approval from the City government and the signing of both parties.
